How much time does this actually take?
Two 80-minute calls a month, plus however much you want to lean on Voxer and the group chat between sessions. The retreat is 2–3 days once a year. It's built for people running real businesses — not another thing to fall behind on.
What if I join and it turns out it's not a fit?
I review every application specifically so we both avoid that. If it's clearly not working, we'll have an honest conversation. I'm not interested in keeping someone in a room they don't belong in.
Is this just another Facebook group?
